By accessing Dubai Property you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service
We provide a marketplace to search and list UAE property. Listings are provided by users; we do not guarantee accuracy or availability of any listing.
3. Accounts and listings
You are responsible for your account security and for ensuring listing content is lawful and accurate. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dubai Property is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
